Insurance claims are submitted within 48 hours of receipt. We will also file secondary and tertiary claims as necessary in order to collect the largest amount possible from insurance carriers. This will provide you with greater revenue and will save your patients money.​

Each month you will receive detailed reports showing all processed transactions (visits, payments, etc.). You will also receive Patient Aging reports which allow you to see outstanding payments and the patients share of the bill. In addition you will receive Insurance Aging reports which show the payments we are working to collect from insurance.

Alpine Medical Billing is contracted with MountainLand Collections to provide escalated collection services on delinquent accounts. 
Patient Billing
Patients with outstanding balances will receive statements on a monthly basis. Patient payments will be made directly to you so you get your money as quickly as possible.
